Exchange

Any exchanges or returns of the items will be made no later than 14 days from the actual receipt of the goods.

The customer who exercises the right of withdrawal must return - without delay and in any case within 14 working days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract - the product in its substantial integrity and in the original packaging together with the purchase receipt to the company JOMIX ITALIA SRL

The parcel can be sent via the Poste Italiane service or a courier chosen by the customer; the costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer, while the costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the seller.

The goods must be sent to the following address:JOMIX ITALIA SRL Via Frattarotonda Vado Largo, 17/B, Anagni (FR).

The returned products must not have been worn or dirty and the box must be intact; in the event that these conditions are not respected, the product will be returned to the sender because it is non-compliant and any refund or exchange procedure will be refused.

The exchange can be made with another product of the same or higher amount.

In the event that you wish to exchange for a product of a higher amount than the one ordered, you will need to pay the due difference.

Reimbursement

Once the package has been received and the actual conditions of integrity have been verified, the customer will be entitled to receive a refund, within 14 days of returning the goods, which will take place with the same payment methods chosen at the time of purchase, i.e.: 1) Credit card credit: the bank can take up to 30 days for the return; 2) PayPal: the credit will be available on the PayPal account within 48 hours following the entry of the refund; 3) Bank Transfer the customer must provide the company with the bank details on which to receive the transfer; the credit will be accounted for within 3 working days depending on the banking system.

In the event that the order was paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer, the coordinates of which must be communicated to our customer service by sending an email to servizioclienti@jomix.com .
