Payment by bank transfer: At the time of order confirmation you will receive an e-mail where you will find the coordinates and instructions necessary to forward the transfer. Once payment has been made please send a copy of the Wire Transfer Statement to customerservice@jomix.com to ensure that the items ordered are set aside for you. The items will be shipped the same day we receive the amount due for the purchase.

Payment with PayPal: If you have a PayPal account just enter the email address and password with which you are registered and the payment will be forwarded automatically. You can pay through the PayPal circuit even if you don't have an account: select the payment method Pay with PayPal and choose Pay with a card . Payment by Credit Card: We accept payments with the main Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Rechargeable Cards of the Mastercard and Visa or Postepay and Postepay Evolution circuits.

Payment with cash on delivery: You can also pay in cash! Pay in cash directly to the courier upon receipt of the package. Cost of the service €4 to be added to the price of the item and any shipping costs.

What do I do if I haven't activated my card's security code?

The security code (also called Secure Code, 3D Secure, Verified by Visa, SecureCode MasterCard, SafeKey®, One Time Password - OTP) is a security code that must be entered to make online payments. To activate the security code (if you don't already have the electronic key) just a few simple steps.

• CARTASI: to activate the Secure Code you need to register in the "3D Secure" area of ​​the Cardholder portal on the CartaSì website. The activation process is quick and easy: once the data has been entered, all you need to do is set your identification phrase and enter the mobile number to which the SMS will be sent containing a unique (6-digit) security code to be entered when registering. payment to confirm it.

• MASTERCARD: just contact your bank's customer service or contact your branch to request activation.

• VISA: you can join the service through the bank or the organization that issues the Visa card, choosing a password and a personal message. Once you join, you will be able to shop at any online store that offers Verified by Visa.

• POSTEPAY: just go to the post office, or to the Postamat counters, provide your card number and your telephone number (each time a payment is made, the post office will send a free SMS to the number provided which represents the password to be entered).
