Shipping to Europe:
Depending on the country to which the Products are to be delivered, the relevant shipping costs, which the Consumer undertakes to pay in addition to the price of the products ordered, will be displayed on the Site during the order creation process:
€20 for countries belonging to the Europe area

*Europe: Austria, Belgium, France (excluding Corsica) Germany, Great Britain (excluding smaller islands), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal (excluding Madeira and Azores), Spain (excluding Balearics and Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar ), Swiss. Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Hungary.

ATTENTION - Orders coming from the following destinations cannot be delivered:

Corsica (France), Minor Islands of Great Britain, Madeira (Portugal), Azores (Portugal), Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar (Spain).

If the order has been placed and the amount for the goods ordered from the aforementioned locations has been paid, the company JOMIX ITALIA SRL will cancel the order and carry out a full refund of the cost incurred using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.


  • For Italian cities/countries, shipping is carried out within 24 hours of receipt of payment (credit to current account, receipt of money order, etc.), and varies depending on the method chosen.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from the shipping date.

  • For European countries, delivery usually takes 4-7 days from the start of the shipment
  • For non-European countries, delivery usually takes 12-20 days from the start of the shipment (here it depends a lot on the country of destination and the efficiency of the couriers)

When calculating delivery days, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays should not be considered.

The shipment is made to the address that the customer indicated at the time of the order, so it is recommended to indicate precisely the address of the place of delivery of the goods, i.e.:

name, surname or company name indicated on the intercom or on the bell (e.g. JOMIX ITALIA SRL)
the address: street, square without abbreviations, post code, municipality or fraction of the municipality
province: indicate the abbreviation of the province

It is recommended to provide an address where it is possible to find someone to collect the goods or, in the event of impossibility and/or difficulty in collecting them, indicate the address of a trusted person (relatives and/or friends) or if the address of the place of work is possible.
